How to set up projects in TERP Content

Projects are the fundamental units in TERP Content. To create abooks or assessments, you first need a project. This article explains how to set up a project before you start developing content.

  1. Enter the TERP Content app

    Click on the TERP Content icon in the top menu.

  2. Add a new project

    Choose Projects from the TERP Content top menu and click the New project button in the upper right corner. Give the project a name.

    The new project will appear in the list of the projects you have access to.

  3. Invite team members

    Choose Team members from the TERP Content top menu and click the Add team member button in the upper right corner. Type in their email addresses. They will join the project when they accept your invitation.

  4. Import media

    Choose Media from the TERP Content top menu and click the Add media button in the upper right corner. Now you can upload pictures and illustrations in .jpg or .png format, in addition to .mp4 format videos. 

    Once you have added files to the media library they become available to insert in abooks and assessments in this project.

    Now you are ready to start creating abooks and assessments!
